Shipping and Delivery Policy



Free shipping is provided for all furniture purchases.

Customers can check the delivery schedule for their area by entering their pin code on the product page.

If the goods have not been dispatched and the new delivery address is in the same city, the address can be changed after making the purchase.

Furniture goods will be delivered within 7-8 days by an in-house logistics team or a third-party logistics service.

Nilkamal will make every effort to send multiple items purchased at once, but this may not always be possible depending on the product and/or delivery method.

A confirmation call will be made by a Nilkamal delivery representative one day prior to delivery.



Cancellation Policy



Customers have 24 hours from the order confirmation or before the purchase is shipped to cancel their order.



Return Policy



All goods are eligible for a 14-day return policy.

To initiate a return, customers must notify Nilkamal within 48 hours of the delivery or assembly date and provide two photographs of the item (one of the damaged portion and one of the full product) via the \'contact us\' section of the website or by email.

Nilkamal is responsible for ensuring that products are not damaged, faulty, wrong, or incomplete, and will provide a 100% replacement or refund if necessary.

For non-furniture goods, customers can request a replacement via courier pickup at no additional cost.

All goods returned to Nilkamal must be in their original packaging, including the invoice and tags, and must not have been used or tampered with.

Gift cards and convenience fees for Cash on Delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
