The remuneration will be awarded when a loan is paid to a new customer who does not appear in the SuperGrosz.pl database, and the customer does not withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of granting the loan.







It is forbidden to act like "Brand Bidding" - Please do not display ads in paid search (Google search engine and affiliate search network) pretending to be the ads of the SuperGrosz website, and in particular, it is prohibited to:







- displaying ads for keywords containing the name of the Super Grosz brand, variants of this word with errors or any other brand combinations (with other words / key phrases, e.g. super penny loan, super penny / super penny, super penny and etc.







- it is forbidden to use the brand name, its variants, misspelling, etc. in advertisements in Google Ads. A list of examples is attached.







- it is obligatory to effectively exclude the brand / phrases: „super grosz”, „supergrosz” from the above-mentioned paid search activities. A prerequisite for publishers using Google Ads / Paid Search Ads.







As for PPC activities that advertise publishers' websites, we do not prohibit this, unless the Super Grosz brand (and similar) are keywords generating the display of such advertisements.







The consequence of breaking the above rules is not paying 100% of the remuneration, regardless of the cooperation model. Brand inquiries are monitored 24/7 in the Brand Verity tool and in media monitoring.







Additionally:



- It is forbidden to send the application for the client by a call center consultant.



- It is forbidden to publish ads on Facebook without consent







The conditions for applying for a loan are:

over 21 years of age and under 80, Polish citizenship, mobile phone with coverage in Poland, valid ID card.
