Compensation model for Provident Poland campaign Effective from 08.2023



The publishers compensation will be granted solely for the first, unique sale (the first concluded loan agreement or credit card agreement that the customer has not withdrawn from) to new customers (*definition below).

It will be awarded based on the type of product and the channel through which the agreement was concluded, as well as the sales value, according to the following assumptions.



I. Compensation for concluded loans that the customer did not withdraw from:

Granted and paid self-service loan (i.e., concluded loan agreement that the customer did

not withdraw from) in a full online process without assistance from a Provident advisor (online loan channel):



SECOND OFFER (long form)

Granted and paid self-service loan:

0 PLN to 2500 PLN - commission 120 PLN

2501 PLN to 5000 PLN - commission 400 PLN

5001 PLN to 7500 PLN - commission 600 PLN

7500 PLN + commission 1200 PLN



If assistance from a Provident advisor is required during the process:

0 PLN to 2500 PLN - commission 40 zł

2501 PLN to 5000 PLN - commission 80 PLN

5001 PLN to 7500 PLN - commission 160 PLN

7500 PLN + - commission 240 PLN



Compensation for concluded credit card agreements that the customer has not withdrawn from:

0 PLN to 2500 PLN - commission 120 PLN

2501 PLN to 5000 PLN - commission 400 PLN

5001 PLN to 7500 PLN - commission 600 PLN

7500 PLN + - commission 1200 PLN



Compensation for concluded credit card agreements that the customer has not

withdrawn from.



Credit card with assistance from a Provident advisor (in the agency channel)

Compensation will be granted for the issued credit card (ProviSmart) - i.e., the concluded

credit card agreement that the customer has not withdrawn from, in a process

originating from any currently promoted LP.

The assistance from a Provident advisor does not result in a modification of the

compensation rates.





DEFAULT OFFER (short form)

Credit card to a new customer:

0 PLN to 2500 PLN - commission 120 PLN

2501 PLN to 5000 PLN - commission 400 PLN

5001 PLN to 7500 PLN - commission 600 PLN

7500 PLN + - commission 1200 PLN



Loan to a new customer:

0 PLN to 2500 PLN - commission 40 PLN

2501 PLN to 5000 PLN - commission 80 PLN

5001PLN to 7500 PLN - commission 160 PLN

7500 PLN + - commission 240 PLN



New Customer: defined as a customer who has not previously concluded any agreement

with Provident Polska S.A. or when more than 26 weeks have elapsed since the

repayment of the last agreement concluded with Provident Polska S.A.

III. Compensation for the loan and credit card does not sum up (possible compensation

only for one product sold in the first place, i.e., for the first concluded loan agreement or

credit card agreement that the customer has not withdrawn from).
