It is not allowed to use other people's promo codes on platforms and in placements/advertising materials. You can use an agreed exclusive promo code (issued specifically for use by this webmaster) or a general promo code (if there is no exclusive one). The status of the promo code (exclusive or general) will be indicated for each promo code.
It is not allowed to use both exclusive and general promo codes simultaneously (unless agreed in advance with the advertiser).
No commission is paid for the sale of gift certificates.
In case of violations (placement on platforms and in advertising materials of other people's promo codes, unauthorized use of multiple promo codes), the advertiser will reject orders made using such promo codes. In case of repeated violations, the webmaster will be disconnected from using the offer.
Each webmaster using promo codes for attraction must:
- monitor the relevance of the offer (do not place a promo code outside its validity period);
- specify the basic conditions for providing a discount with a promo code (maximum discount size, minimum order amount, conditions for applying the discount for new customers, maximum number of promo code activations);
- monitor the number of orders using the promo code;
- promptly remove information from platforms and advertising materials about outdated promo codes (as well as conditions of promotions, discounts).
Rules for assigning an identifier (token) and marking "Advertisement" on advertising and informational materials
In compliance with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Advertising" dated 13.03.2006 No. 38-FZ, the parties have agreed:
1. The webmaster undertakes to use advertising and informational materials (creatives) in the form in which they were provided to him/placed in the Admitad system.
2. If the webmaster independently creates advertising and informational materials (creatives) based on the source materials provided to him/available in the Admitad system, for subsequent placement, the webmaster undertakes to independently assign an identifier (token) and mark "Advertisement" on the advertising and informational materials (creatives), ensuring full compliance with the Federal Law "On Advertising" dated 13.03.2006 No. 38-FZ and other regulatory legal acts, by concluding the appropriate agreement with ORD.
3. The webmaster is responsible for assigning the identifier (token) and marking "Advertisement," as well as being responsible, as an advertiser, for the content and accuracy of the advertising and informational materials (creatives) he created, and guarantees that the content of the advertising and informational materials (creatives) does not violate the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, including exclusive rights to the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization equated to them.
4. If the webmaster violates the requirements for placing advertising and informational materials (creatives), including the requirements established in the affiliate program, the webmaster pays a fine, which is expressed in the amount of all sums accrued/paid for the entire period of placement of advertising and informational materials (creatives) made in violation of the requirements of the affiliate program and the requirements of the Federal Law "On Advertising" dated 13.03.2006 No. 38-FZ, and is also obliged to compensate Admitad for losses, including but not limited to, claims from Advertisers/Clients, administrative fines from the state authorities of the Russian Federation.
