• Affiliates cannot use VIVA\'s URL in their ads for this type of campaign.
• PPC campaigns on any search engine are strictly prohibited.
• In general, Hotels VIVA does not accept affiliate coupons and offers. Affiliates with coupons and offers will only be considered exceptionally and with the express approval of the advertiser, based on the quality of content and the affiliate\'s history of good promotion (based on Affilired\'s and the network\'s history).
• Affiliates are not allowed to purchase domains containing brand-related words that could make users believe they are part of Hotels VIVA or could lead to confusion.
• Affiliates cannot use pop-ups, pop-unders, or other similarly intrusive tools that may force the cookie without the direct intervention of the user. Similarly, any form of cookie stuffing or similar technique that injects the cookie is not allowed.
• Affiliates cannot impersonate the advertisers\' identity on social media.
• Affiliates can only promote promotional codes distributed by the advertiser (or by Affilired on behalf of the advertiser). Sales of coupons acquired through other channels will be automatically canceled.
• Affiliates cannot promote promotional codes that have not been distributed through the affiliate channel (networks).
• Affiliates cannot promote advertisers through toolbars unless expressly.
• Incentivized traffic is allowed only from cashback and loyalty/reward affiliates.
• Email Affiliates should contact Affilired Team for approval.
