Affiliates must use approved FansBRANDS® links and promotional materials. Misleading claims about
our products or services are strictly prohibited.
Merchant reserves the right to reject any affiliate immediately for non-compliance with
this policy or any fraudulent activity.
In the case of SEM, the brand keyword (FansBRANDS) must be included in Google Ads' negative keywords, including misspellings.
Publishers may only use coupons and promotional codes that are provided exclusively through the affiliate program.
eDM is allowed, but merchant approval is required. Transactions made through eDM letters sent without approval can be rejected by merchant.
