Bidding for online auctions

Point 3.5 concerns bidding in online auctions. Partners may not advertise on keywords protected by the Alza.cz trademark. They must also not target Alza.cz\'s e-shop pages, on any of its domains.



Advertising that Partners arrange on their own websites is fine as long as it does not directly violate point 3.5.





\"The Partner is not entitled to bid or otherwise advertise in advertising systems on terms containing Alza.cz and Alza and typos (alya). Furthermore, advertising in advertising systems such as Google Ads, Seznam Sklik, Facebook Business Manager and other advertising systems with links and/or redirects to websites containing the term Alza (e.g. Alza.cz, alza.cz, Alza.hu, Alza.at, Alza.de, Alzashop.com, etc.) is prohibited.\"
