Invalidation Policy:





Customers must send in books to our warehouse within 14 days of the date of a quote or the prices paid could become invalid. We will review all orders received into our warehouse from the previous month on or about the 9th of each month. Any orders that are not received are considered invalid and any commissions associated with these orders are marked as an \"Incomplete Lead\". So since commission depends on the customer following through with completing the order, there may be a higher than normal invalidation rate.
