Zalando er en serviceorienteret onlineshop indenfor sko, tøj, accessories og sport til både damer, herrer og børn og er blandt Europas allerstørste. Zalando fører flere end 80.000 forskellige produkter og over 1.500 kendte og eksklusive mærker – fra A som i Armani til Z som i Zign. Hos os findes alt fra store internationale mærker som Calvin Klein, Nike og Levi\'s® til mindre danske mærker som Samsøe & Samsøe, Bruuns Bazaar og Mads Nørgaard. Sortimentet udvikles konstant, så der er altid en grund for kunderne til at komme igen. Samtidig er levering ALTID gratis, og det samme gælder naturligvis også for returforsendelse.

Zalando startede i 2008 i Berlin og har siden vokset eksplosivt til nu at være blandt Europas allerstørste. Zalando indtrådte på det danske marked i juli 2012.

Free Delivery & Free Returns

At Zalando, customers don’t pay a penny for the shipping of their orders. We understand that choice is important and online shoes and clothing purchases don’t always work out.  This doesn’t matter to us. At Zalando customers can return items for free up to 30 days from receipt.
 

Comprehensive and personal service

Customers can use the toll free hotline or the customer service chat on the topic “footwear and fashion\" and also address their questions to the expert customer support, which is personal, professional and speedy.  But there is not option to pay by phone – so affiliates will never lose out to telephone sales, the phone service should only serve to aid conversion.
