A loan from Vivus.pl can be taken out by a person who meets the following requirements:

➢ has an active mobile phone number and e-mail address,

➢ has a personal account,

➢ has full legal capacity,

➢ is a consumer within the meaning of the provisions of the Consumer Credit Act,

➢ obtains a positive creditworthiness assessment,

➢ concludes a Loan Agreement with us.

➢ bank account in one of the banks in Poland
