Unfair practices include, among others, recruitment advertisements where customers are acquired under the pretext of obtaining employment, conducting sham product tests as a so-called mystery shopper, or training sessions during which customers are persuaded to open a banking product (e.g., a personal account, a business account, etc.). Any attempts at abuse or unfair persuasion to convert (including motivated traffic) will result in disconnection from the campaign.
