-has opened a VeloKonto

-is a new customer as of December 31, 2022 (new PESEL number or a user who has not had a personal account with VeloBank in the past)

-has provided all marketing consents

-has access to remote banking (mobile or online banking),

-makes at least 5 transactions using a card, phone, or BLIK within 30 days of opening the account (BLIK transfers to a phone are not included)
