Terms and conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions before joining the Thomas Cook affiliate programme. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in your relationship being terminated and any commission earned reversed.

Paid Search Policy
- Any and all use of the Thomas Cook brand name is not allowed through paid search channels via the affiliate programme
- Any misspellings of the Thomas Cook brand name is not allowed through paid search channels via the affiliate programme
- Affiliates are not allowed to run paid search activity directly to the Thomas Cook domain
- Any use of the Thomas Cook brand name in the sub folder of the display URL (e.g. www.affiliate.co.uk/thomascook) is not allowed. Furthermore, using the Thomas Cook brand term is not permitted to use in path1 or path2 of the display URL
- Affiliates may not use the Thomas Cook brand name in any subdomains of their display URL\'s
- The use of brand + generic search terms is strictly prohibited
- Affiliates must add the Thomas Cook brand and any misspellings as negative keywords for all affiliate paid search campaigns

Misuse of brand
Affiliates are prohibited from using the Thomas Cook brand to create branded websites, Facebook pages (containing Thomas Cook in the page name) or alike that violate the Thomas Cook brand or mislead the user.

Thomas Cook retain all intellectual property rights in Thomas Cook services, websites, platforms, and technology. Thomas Cook hereby grants affiliates a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide, license for the use, in compliance with the provisions of this agreement, of the Thomas Cook affiliate programme for the purposes of this agreement set forth above.

Use of creatives and imagery
- Affiliates are strictly prohibited to make any alterations to the banner creatives and other images provided on the programme. Affiliates must only use the creatives and content provided by the Thomas Cook programme and are not allowed to create their own unless permitted to do so and upon approval.
- Should an affiliate require a customized design, new text link or different banner size, the request must be sent to the Thomas Cook team via the TradeTracker account manager for approval.
- Affiliates are also requested not to hardcode banners into their sites.
- Under no circumstances are publishers allowed to surreptitiously use iframes to set network cookies onto a user’s computer.

Email marketing
All email marketing content and creative content must be signed off by the Thomas Cook team via the TradeTracker email approval tool.

Voucher Code Usage and Promotion

All voucher codes will be provided by Thomas Cook, under NO circumstance should any Voucher Codes/Coupon Codes/Discount Codes distributed directly by Thomas Cook through other channels, media or direct on the Thomas Cook domain should be used by affiliates. Thomas Cook will provide a code for affiliate partners and exclusive codes directly in coordination with the TradeTracker team. Any codes usage that is promoted that was not distributed through the program will be considered invalid and therefore any transactions associated with such codes will be duly rejected under the terms of the program.
