APPROVAL OF PARTICIPATION
To participate in our affiliate program, your website and application will first be subject to review and approval by Tameson. We prioritize partners whose values and content align with Tameson’s standards. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any partnership at our sole discretion if the relationship or activities fail to comply with our policies.
CREATIVES AND PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS
Affiliates must use only the creatives, banners, logos, and links provided by Tameson through our affiliate program. No modifications to these materials are permitted. Should you require different formats or specific promotional materials, please contact
[email protected]. All custom materials must be approved by Tameson before use.
PPC AND SEARCH ENGINE MARKETING
Affiliates are prohibited from conducting any pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, including brand, product, or generic search engine marketing, related to Tameson or any products sold on www.tameson.co.uk. Orders originating from PPC campaigns will be invalid, and we reserve the right to terminate the partnership immediately in such cases.
CONTENT RESTRICTIONS
Affiliates are prohibited from posting content that is offensive, discriminatory, political, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate. Content that could harm an individual’s health or safety is strictly forbidden. Furthermore, any promotional activities on sites that are in a language other than English must be disclosed, and permission from Tameson is required.
For social media posts, all content must clearly indicate paid partnerships using hashtags such as #ad or #sponsored, in compliance with advertising regulations. We reserve the right to block any content that does not comply with Tameson’s brand guidelines.
PROMOTION CODES
Only the promotion codes, coupons, and offers provided directly by Tameson are valid for use in the affiliate program. Transactions generated through the use of unauthorized codes or coupons will not be attributed to the affiliate. Sharing or advertising promotional codes that are not expressly approved by Tameson is strictly prohibited.
VALIDATION AND COMMISSIONS
All transactions generated through the affiliate program will be subject to validation by Tameson before commissions are paid. Tameson reserves the right to refuse commission payments for cancelled or returned orders, or orders that do not meet our terms and conditions. Validation will take place no later than 30 days after the transaction date. In the event of any violations, we reserve the right to withhold commissions and terminate the partnership without prior notice.
PROHIBITED PRACTICES
● The use of direct links to www.tameson.co.uk in search engine advertising is prohibited.
● Loading www.tameson.com or any subpages in framesets is not allowed.
● Affiliates may not use Tameson’s registered trademarks or logos in domain names, ads, or content without prior approval.
● Promotional materials may not be altered or stored on affiliate servers. Any unauthorized use of such materials will result in immediate termination of the partnership.
EXCLUSIONS
Commission will not be paid for transactions made by affiliates themselves, or on orders placed through international Tameson sites or other marketing campaigns not linked to the affiliate program.
