Advertising materials rules

1.The Customer provides the Service Provider with Advertising Materials. The Customer hereby grants the Service Provider a non-exclusive, sub-licensable license to use the Advertising Materials and all elements thereof in the form provided by the Customer and solely for the purposes contemplated under this Annex.

2.The Service Provider and Cooperation partners are also entitled to use Advertising Materials created by the Service Provider or Cooperation partners in compliance of such Advertising Materials with all applicable legislation.

3.Customer forbids the Service Provider and Cooperation partners to use “Robocash”, “Cash Robot”, “Robot Robocash”, and associated with Robocash brand words and phrases in advertising materials (other than provided by Customer in accordance to the Section 1 of Advertising materials rules).

4.Advertising forbids the Service Provider and Cooperation partners to use texts and materials containing misguiding information:

Incorrect information about Customers terms of services (loan amount, period, loan interest and percent, required information). Examples: «Robocash offers you 1000000 VND for 3 months by 1%» or «Get loan, no ID required».

Promises that Customers cannot give on a current stage or until registration is complete: «Your loan is approved. Please fill in the application», «Take your loan! Registration is 4 mins, 100% approval»

Advertising texts mentioning Customer’s campaigns that are not active at the moment of advertisement.
