Description and terms
Settlement is based on the loans granted via the mobile app (CPO).
- User must download the mobile app, submit an application for a loan, receive an offer from the bank and accept it.
The commission is not charged (and refundable if needed) when:
- the loan was granted as a result of a crime, in particular based on false personal data or if the Consumer used unreliable, untrue or counterfeit or forged documents;
- the Borrower, following applicable law, has withdrawn from the concluded Loan Agreement;
- the Borrower has not collected the total amount of the Loan within the time limit set in the Loan Agreement;
- the Loan Agreement was not concluded for other reasons,
The co-registration and promotion of the offer in the search engine are prohibited.
When placing links to the Linked Website and/or E-mails and fulfilling obligations arising out of this Agreement the Affiliate and/or the Subsidiary and/or the Publisher (the Affiliate shall procure that the Subsidiary and/or Publisher) shall not use:
a. search engine marketing (SEM) (using of Company’s brand in keyword, Company’s brand in AdText, Company’s brand in Display URL);
b. brand keywords in domain names;
c. auto dialers tools;
d. true post view (TPV);
e. popups/popunders;
f. cookie stuffing;
g. adult/sensitive content page (Porn, 18+, etc);
h. any kind of discrimination, intolerance and hostility;
i. any means or tools which would require the consent of an individual pursuant to GDPR, and any subsequent applicable laws and regulations;
j. keywords, including but not limited to: "100% Approval", "15minute funding", "Bad Credit OK", "Don't Need a Bank Account or Checking Account", "Fastest", "Guaranteed approval", "Instant Approval", "Instant Funding", "Loans in Minutes", "No credit check", "No Credit OK", "Quickest" and any other similar keywords.
k, no incent traffic allowed
According to Polish law, each Publisher is obliged to place representative example in the offer - either as a part of graphic materials or as a following text:
"Rzeczywista Roczna Stopa Oprocentowania (RRSO) wynosi 12,98%, całkowita kwota kredytu: 49 700 zł, całkowita kwota do zapłaty: 76 873 zł, oprocentowanie stałe 12,27% w stosunku rocznym, całkowity koszt kredytu: 27 173 zł (w tym: prowizja 0% (0,00 zł), odsetki 27 173 zł), 91 miesięcznych rat równych w wysokości 837 zł i ostatnia rata w wysokości 706 zł. Kalkulacja została dokonana na dzień 14.02.2023 r. Udzielenie pożyczki uzależnione jest od pozytywnej oceny zdolności kredytowej oraz ryzyka kredytowego Klienta."
