The offer operates on a CPA model with mandatory KPIs. A fixed payout is made for each qualified trader, provided the required traffic profitability (ROI) is achieved. If the KPIs are not met, the entire month is recalculated under an 60% Revenue Share model based on net deposit.





Primary KPI - Current Month ROI


ROI is calculated as:


(total deposit – total withdrawals) / total CPA payouts.


The minimum required ROI by the end of the month is 75%.


If ROI is below 75%, CPA is replaced with an 60% RevShare payout.





Carryover Performance (Traffic from Previous Month)




Traders continue depositing and trading over time, therefore the ROI of the previous month must reach 100% by the end of the current month. This ensures the CPA payouts from the prior period are fully covered.




If the carryover ROI does not reach 100%, the month is recalculated under RevShare.





Recalculation Model if KPIs Are Not Met




If either KPI condition is not satisfied, payouts switch to Revenue Share at 60%:




netdeposit × 0.6, where netdeposit = (total deposit – total withdrawals).





Performance Expectations




— Month 1: ROI should be between 75–90%




— Month 2: Previous month’s traffic should reach 100% ROI through carryover activity





Summary of Requirements




To keep CPA payouts, two conditions must be met:




1. Current month ROI must be at least 75%


2. Previous month ROI (after carryover) must reach at least 100%


If both KPIs are met, CPA payouts remain active. If not, the period is transparently recalculated under the 60% netdeposit Revenue Share model.
