MyHotVideo24 is a mobile adult video platform with premium amateur content. A short video snippet auto-plays on the landing page, and to keep watching the user sends an SMS that activates a weekly content subscription.

Conversion goal: PPS — confirmed content subscription via SMS sent by the user (click2SMS flow).
Audience: men 18+ looking for online entertainment and adult content.
Strong USP: very simple target action, traffic from all mobile operators in the target geos accepted, landing language adapts automatically to the user's geo.
Traffic tips: performs well on push, banner and teaser sources, context, messengers, social (paid and free) and in-app; mobile traffic on operator network or Wi-Fi is accepted. Motivated traffic is accepted.
Creatives: use real-looking girls with a clear call to action so the user understands it is an adult video platform with an SMS action; avoid model-like, heavily retouched photos, porn stars and celebrities.
Landings: by default traffic goes to a landing rotator, with the option to send it to a single landing (available for a limited geo list); landings can only be reviewed from the target geo via VPN.
