Forbidden:

- The program prohibits sending requests on behalf of customers,


- Requests sent by unique users are counted correctly

- It is forbidden to use the brand ModnaPozyczka.pl in SEM (Brand Bidding) campaigns.


- It is forbidden to use the offer, intellectual property and the name and brand of the Advertiser's company as an object of random games and contests


- The Advertiser reserves the right to monitor the websites promoting “ModnaPozyczka.pl” and to exclude from the campaign with immediate effect the Publishers who emit content that violates the law or moral norms, in particular:


a) pornographic and erotic content,


b) content that is offensive, defamatory, violating the personal rights of others,


c) content inciting to the spread of hatred, racism, xenophobia, conflicts between nations or religions,


d) content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights, or encourages copyright infringement, including by providing information or materials that may serve to violate copyright or other intellectual property rights.
