Kasa Stefczyka – Mortgage Loan

Why promote: a Polish-zloty mortgage with no commission and no fee for early or partial repayment, own contribution from just 10% and financing up to 2,000,000 PLN. Repayment period runs from 60 to 360 months, with amounts from 10,000 PLN.

Conversion goal: commission is paid as a percentage of the value of a signed and disbursed mortgage agreement resulting from a processed contact form.

Requirements:

• Own contribution of at least 10% of the property value.
• Creditworthiness – sufficiently high and documented income allowing repayment of instalments; every application is assessed individually.
• Identity document (e.g. ID card).
• Documents confirming the source and amount of income, e.g. employer certificate, PIT returns or business activity documents.

Good to know: the agreement requires a mortgage on the property and property insurance against fire and other events with assignment to the lender; interest is based on WIBOR 6M. Loans above 500,000 PLN require at least 12 months of membership. Credit decision depends on an individual creditworthiness assessment. Representative APRC: 5.85%.
