LIMITATIONS:
- the program prohibits sending applications on behalf of clients,
- applications sent by unique users are counted correctly,
- ban on using the Ratka.pl brand in SEM (Brand Bidding) campaigns
- it is prohibited to use the offer, intellectual property and the name and brand of the Advertiser's company as the subject of games of chance and competitions,
- if the Partner wants to use his own materials or his own advertising text (copy), he must always contact us in advance to obtain consent and approval of the material.

The Advertiser reserves the right to monitor websites promoting "ratka.pl" and to exclude from the campaign with immediate effect publishers broadcasting content violating the law or moral standards, in particular:
a) pornographic and erotic content,
b) content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the personal rights of other people,
c) content inciting to spread hatred, racism, xenophobia, conflicts between nations or religions,
d) content that violates copyrights or other intellectual property rights, or encourages the violation of copyrights, including by providing information or materials that may infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights
