to use branded keywords such as “fin mercado”, “finmercado”, “finmercado mx”, “finmercado.mx” or any brand variations and keywords containing brand to run Google Ad.

to impersonate advertiser on Google Adwords, Facebook Ads or other advertising platforms.

to intentionally mislead users by setting up fan page, websites, groups or in any way pretending to be advertiser (by using brand name, misspellings, abbreviation of brand name or using the Finmercado logo)

to do cookie stuffing.

to spam junk data, fraud data or provide the user information without the permission or consent of the user.

to advertise on competitors channels by using affiliate links or information of the advertiser on content of competitors such as Facebook post, comment etc.

to advertise information on pages with adult content, violence, tragedy, harmful content, content that violates ethics, violates the law or any other groups that might cause damage to the advertisers brand.
