Requirements:

• age between 20 and 70 years
• Polish citizenship
• full legal capacity
• consumer under the Consumer Credit Act, or a sole proprietorship
• mobile phone with coverage in Poland
• active bank account
• valid e-mail address
• correct account registration at www.creditu.pl and a submitted loan application
• income estimated from the customer's declaration and bank account transactions
• no other outstanding obligations towards the lender at the time of signing
• positive creditworthiness assessment
• no arrears on other obligations exceeding 6 months (customer declaration and BIK S.A. data)
