Сайт zakaz.atbmarket.com працює як віртуальна вітрина роздрібного магазину, де представлений весь асортимент від фруктів та овочів до побутової хімії та товарів для дому. Покупець має можливість скористатися послугою «Click & collect», попередньо оформивши замовлення забрати його у зручний час у магазині, або оформити адресну доставку.

Адресна доставка онлайн-замовлень здійснюється за рахунок партнерів компанії – кур'єрської служби iPOST. Кур'єри служби в режимі автоматичного електронного повідомлення отримують заявки на отримання замовлень у певних магазинах мережі та доставляють їх замовнику протягом години з моменту повідомлення. На даний момент послуга адресної доставки доступна у всіх містах, де є роздрібні магазини «АТБ-маркет».
