- Affiliate program partners are not allowed to use dynamic branded email subjects: example subject {Peoplefinders}.
- Affiliate program partners must always be prepared to provide PF with all suppression lists, and the universal suppression list must be managed and owned by PF.
Affiliate program partners are prohibited from promoting PeopleFinders.com through downloadable applications such as spyware, adware, malware, or similar programs; this is strictly forbidden.
The affiliate program partner is required to mark messages as advertising. The law grants broad flexibility in this regard, but it is necessary to clearly and visibly indicate that the message is advertising.
Publishers/affiliate program partners may not promote PeopleFinders.com services through media channels that have not been expressly approved by PeopleFinders.com. Any advertising and messaging used by the publisher for marketing purposes must be approved in writing by PeopleFinders.com.
Unauthorized/false language or content:
- Employment verification and employment decision-making
- Hiring nannies or other household staff
- Tenant verification and rental decision-making
- Creditworthiness or credit risk assessment
- Insurance eligibility or risk assessment
Affiliate program partners are prohibited from bidding on the brand.
Spam (email/web/messaging, etc.) is prohibited.
The use of copyrighted videos on YouTube or other video/streaming platforms is prohibited.
Advertising birthdays, dates of birth, or events related to the date of birth is prohibited. Advertising using the term AGE is permitted.
All publishers/affiliate program partners must comply with the Fair Credit and Reporting Act (FCRA).
The use of spying tools, etc., is prohibited.
The use of the term "GPS" and/or any claim regarding the EXACT, REAL location of the phone is prohibited.
Incentive traffic is not accepted.
