Search Engine Marketing Policy:
- PPC campaigns are strictly forbidden for any search engine.
- Affiliates are not authorized to use any brand of NH Hotel Group and/or hotel names as components of their ads (title, description, visible links, path 1, path 2, extensions, etc).
- To avoid any problem with this policy it is mandatory to add negative keywords: nh, nh collection, nhow, anantara, avani, elewana, oaks , minor, tivoli and their own hotel names, in particular, the words included in Annex II will be included in negative phrase concordance...This applies to any device, geographic and language scope.
- The purpose of this clause is to avoid the use of the brand or hotel name by a third party (affiliate) commercially, in those cases in which the user does not perform a general search, but a specific search of NH Hotel Group. It will be considered that illegal use of relevant keywords is being made without any added value for the advertiser, NH Hotel Group nor the end user.
- The control of compliance with these search engine marketing policies will be carried out periodically and actively by automated means and manually by NH Hotel Group. If non-compliance is identified, NH Hotel Group reserves the right to terminate the collaboration immediately or to notify that non-compliance affiliates have 5 business days to remove the adds or take any action to solve the problem and are required to inform NH of the measures taken. If after this period, no solution has been notified to NH or non-compliance persists, the process to stop all commercial actions between the parties involved will begin.
Other Terms and Conditions:
- Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such site is part of NH Hotel Group or Minor Group brands
- Affiliates are not allowed to use Pop Ups, Pop Unders or any other format that is deemed intrusive or use any other “cookie stuffing” techniques that may force the cookie in the user\'s browser.
- Affiliates are not allowed to buy, register or create domains or subdomains which may mislead users to believe that such site is the merchants brand website.
- Affiliates may ONLY advertise coupon codes that are distributed by the merchant (or Affilired on behalf of the merchant). Any sales registered through other coupon codes will not be considered valid and will be cancelled.
- Affiliates may not run a campaign on Social Networks or via SMS unless there is explicit authorization from NH Hotel Group through Affilired.
- Affiliates are not allowed to promote coupon codes that have not been issued via the affiliate channel.
-Affiliates are not allowed to promote the merchant through any toolbar unless they have direct authorization from Affilired on behalf of the merchant.
- Incentivized traffic is allowed only from cashback and loyalty/reward affiliates.
- Email Affiliates might contact Affilired Team for approval.
- Affiliates violating the above T&C will be rejected from the program.
